I am Janice. As a coach at Orange Bridge Advisory, I support clients by being curious and creative. I help high-achieving executives in corporate industries utilize these skills to tailor their leadership style, create continuous growth opportunities, and build an executive presence that helps them stand out from the rest.
How I am different
Most executive coaches want to share their expertise and wisdom to tell clients what to do and how to do it. I think the most important discovery in a coaching engagement is to learn how to uncover your unique answers to concerns on your own.
I strive to guide you in learning how listen to yourself and personalize a solution to your question by being curious.

Bio
Janice K Rose, CEO of Orange Bridge Advisory and an Executive Coach, specializes in incorporating curiosity, creativity, and honesty in coaching sessions. She partners with leaders to develop their unique leadership style, enabling them to lead with confidence, self-awareness, and authenticity to connect with others.
Janice, along with her team of consultants, supports a businesses' growth, fosters strong leadership teams, and building people-oriented workplace cultures. In addition, she applies her more than 10 years of marketing experience for large corporations in her work with clients. With expertise in various industries, she tailors executive coaching services to client's needs by offering a range of options including one-on-one sessions, a variety of assessments such as 3D-360 interviews, TriMetrix assessments, and workshops for company events and retreats.
She is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) credentialed executive and leadership coach. She has an ICF Professional Coaching-level Certification training in Executive and Professional Coaching from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at the University of Texas at Dallas.
Her two Masters of Science degrees in Art Therapy and Counseling were awarded by the College of New Rochelle in New York and Walden University. She has a Bachelor of Arts from Texas State University in Mass Communication specializing in Advertising and Communication Design, as well as a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the School of Visual Arts in New York City. She is an International Associate Credentialed Coach, Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas, and Licensed Creative Arts Therapist in New York.
She enjoys time with her family, traveling, art making, learning, reading, and is consistently seeking new adventures.
