This is our strategy session. OBA’s coaches challenge clients to think through what they do with the collaborative knowledge gathered during our unique, multi-layered assessment process.

OBA’s two coaching approaches – client's choice – focus on moving forward with the goals we set during our Strategy Session. This time allows clients to engage in self-exploration and experiment with change agents to get out of their way to achieve (insert your individual goals here).

When our clients feel firm in meeting their coaching goals, we review the challenges and breakthrough successes discovered along the way. In addition, we analyze key elements and knowledge gained in the coaching journey for you to tackle your own future.
